Phase 1
Scorched Exaltation is a raidwide AoE.
Heat of Condemnation is double tank buster tethers. T1 front-left of the boss, T2 front-right, party max-melee butt.
Experimental Fireplume is either baited large center AoE or 'Shiva', depending on the glowing orbs on the boss when the cast is complete. Bait in the center of the arena during the cast.
Left/Right Cinderwing cleaves the half-side of the boss according to the name of the cast. It seems to be slightly bigger than his half, so position with some margin.
Darkened Fire puts adds on either all DPS positions, or all Tank+Healer positions. Go on assigned markers during the cast, so each marker gets 1 add:
A: T1+R1
B: T2+R2
C: H2+M2
D: H1+M1
Everyone gets a unique number. 1, 2, 3, 4 go on the respective waymarks, while the rest waits to take their spots once they have been attacked:
1: 1 ➜ 5
2: 2 ➜ 6
3: 3 ➜ 7
4: 4 ➜ 8
After 6 explosions, the add at B is damageable. Kill the adds clockwise from there, unless you are 7 or 8 and melee. If they are tank/melee, 7 and 8 wait until after their explosions and start killing from the add on their right and then CW.
Heat of Condemnation. Tank tethers.
Scorched Exaltation. Raidwide.
Devouring Brand initiates the arena splitting into 4 sections.
Experimental Fireplume. Either Shiva or Big Circle. Everyone should go to the same corner. Priority A, then D.
Left/Right Cinderwing. Half-side cleave.
Heat of Condemnation. Tank tethers.
Experimental Fireplume. Either Shiva or Big Circle.
Phase 2: Adds
The boss jumps away and will be untargetable for the duration of this phase.
Trail of Condemnation has the boss appear on a random side of the arena with either 1 or 2 glowing heads.
1 Head: Sides are safe, everyone should spread as shown.
2 Heads: Middle line is safe, everyone should stack in pairs as shown.
4 adds spawn on the numbered waymarks. T1 takes and marks 1+4. T2 takes and marks 2+3. The adds should die at the edge of the arena, each in its own cardinal.
When all are killed, the adds are revived and bigger. They need to be killed in time again.
Fireglide Sweep has each add tether to a player, and each tethered player will be tethered to an untethered player. If you have...
2 tethers: Go opposite your add and stand CCW from the add there, max-melee.
1 tether: Go opposite the player you are tethered to and stand CW on the side of that add.
The birds will dash twice according to the tethers. After the first dash, move a little so you do not get hit by the second one.
The birds can't die in the same place, but the placement is not as strict as before.
Phase 3: Mechanic Vomit
Dead Rebirth is a big raidwide AoE. From now on, the player in second place in aggro will receive auto-attacks as well.
Fledgling Flight marks 4 players (all DPS, or T/H) with a marker with an arrow. Place yourself such that the arrow points outward, max-melee from the boss, at a cardinal. Your own facing doesn't matter.
Experimental Gloryplume is similar to Experimental Fireplume, but followed up by an additional mechanic, indicated by dark orbs, after the usual orbs:
8 orbs: Spread after. If it was Shiva first: go to the first explosion spot (T+Ms to 1A4D, H+Rs to B2C3) and then spread. If it was bait-then-out first, then just go to your assigned protean immediately after baiting.
Fountain of Fire
Healers
Pre-position to grab your puddle.
Grab puddle.
According to where the next puddle is, continue grabbing puddles either CW or CCW.
After the 4th puddle, wait for the rest to resolve and go to town healing the group for the next set of AoEs. You have a big buff though, so especially shields are going to be incredibly tasty.
Tanks and DPS
Melee go first, then Tanks, then Ranged. Wait max melee until it's your turn.
When it is your turn, go into the center to get your AoE (which goes on the 2 closest players).
Once you have it, place it in line with the next set of healer puddles, max-melee, as shown.
When it's safe, go through the opposite side of the boss to make your tether happy. Your tether will do a line AoE extending to the edge of the arena, so try not to hit anyone.
