Eden's Gate: Inundation
Leviathan
The Tsunami 2 strat is slightly different form the one presented in those slides. See the respective section below.
Positions
T1: Tali H1: Marielle M1: Tannie R1: Gust
T2: Ahmed H2: Tymo M2: Yuki R2: Shiroe
All 1s are West, all 2s are East. Only exception is healers during the first Drenching Pulse and Tsunami 2 (see below).
Enmity and Rip Current
During this fight, it typically doesn't matter much who is the main tank. It only matters who takes the first 2 tankbusters, because of Invuln cooldown durations. There will be a call-out far ahead of the busters to help with this.
At the same time, both tanks should be top in aggro, because the first two people in aggro will get auto-attacks. Because of this, and the fact that the boss doesn't move, means that MT and OT is a bit irrelevant during this fight, and aggro fighting doesn't hurt in any way. This is also why tanks have fixed West/East positions in this fight.
Both Tanks start the fight in Tank Stance.
T1 takes off TS before the first buster and shirks T2, after T2 has provoked. T2 Invulns the first buster.
After Maelstrom, aggro resets. Both Tanks go in TS again.
T2 takes off TS before the second buster and shirks T1, after T1 has provoked. T1 Invulns the second buster.
After Maelstrom, aggro resets. Both Tanks go in TS again.
The third Tankbuster needs to be swapped. It doesn't matter who takes the first or second hit, as long as each tank takes one. Provoke during the cast to get the second hit.
The fourth (last) TS can be Invulned again. T1 should take it.
Tl;dr:
TB1: T2 Invuln
TB2: T1 Invuln
TB3: Swap during
Tsunami 2 Cones: T2 Invuln
TB4: T1 Invuln
Tsunami 1
Everyone stacks middle of the arena to prepare for Tsunami. Stack very tightly.
Person with the knockback debuff (blue vertical line), stands slightly behind the group.
After knockback, everyone goes to their respective sides of the arena.
For Temporary Current, dodge either North or South accordingly and stack with your healer (for stack and donuts).
Tidal Roar: Raidwide AoE.
2nd Tankbuster.
Opposite Temporary Current from step 4.
Arena back to normal.
Stormy Horizon
After the 3rd buster (the one that is taken by both tanks), the party stacks on B.
After the first puddle drops, drop 2 more by dodging (minimally) South.
The party then drops one more towards the middle and one back North. The Tank with the Flare mark meanwhile, will make their way South.
Dodge the Double Temporary Current. After the first Current, the healers rescue the far tank to the group.
Then Healer through 5 Line Stacks. This and the relatively chill time after this are good times for the Melee LB.
